Sometimes you don't need building work — you need that dead socket to work again, a new light fitted, or the switch that crackles replaced. That's what I do, at home, across the Vall d'Albaida, and I tell you the price before I start.
What I do
- Replacing or adding sockets and switches.
- Fitting lamps, spotlights, wall lights and ceiling plates.
- Adding or moving a simple light point.
- Replacing fittings that have failed or burnt out.
- Tracing everyday faults: a room with no power, a dead socket.
My trade: everyday household electrics
This is where I'm fast, cheap and clear about the price. Paperwork that needs a registered installer — a boletín, an installation certificate (CIE), a new supply, a power upgrade — is a different trade. If that's your case I'll say so straight away and point you to someone who can sign it, so you don't waste time or money.
Where I work
I'm based in Ontinyent — also written Onteniente in Spanish, it's the same town — and I cover the whole Vall d'Albaida: Albaida, Bocairent, Agullent, Aielo de Malferit, l'Olleria, Benigànim and the villages around them. Same price everywhere: I don't charge a call-out fee.
